APOSTLE KASMIRI S. VALENTINE
OVERSEER & PRESIDENT, LIVING COVENANT TEMPLE WORLDWIDE
Apostle Kasmiri S. Valentine on 23 March 2024, He received a divine call into ministry through a heavenly vision. Where he saw people living in hardship, suffering, and oppression, while God had prepared royal destinies for them—destinies worthy of honor, influence, and admiration.
God revealed how many young people are diverted from their divine destinies through sexual immorality, illustrating this through the life of Joseph. Had Joseph succumbed to sin, he would never have entered prison, met the king’s servants, or ultimately been connected to the palace to become the prime ruler of Egypt. Early relationships often compromise spiritual gifts and God-given purpose, leading to struggle and unfulfilled potential. Deeply moved, him wept as he witnessed the pain caused by these compromises.
God also showed him his own life as a living example for young people. During his final year at university, a relationship outside of God’s plan resulted in a child being born in 2015. The relationship did not lead to marriage, and he experienced the pain of co-parenting, which temporarily diverted him from God’s intended purpose. Through this, the Lord prepared him to become a living testimony for youth, demonstrating the consequences of compromise and the importance of pursuing God’s plan for their lives.
During the continuation of the vision, the Lord further revealed that marriage is one of the greatest gateways of destiny. He was shown that Satan fights intensely around this gateway in order to introduce generational struggles such as broken homes, delayed marriages, wrong marital connections, and challenges in childbearing.
Biblical examples were revealed to him, including the fall of Samson through Delilah, and the struggles surrounding childbearing experienced by Sarah, Rebekah, and Rachel.
He was shown that when Satan cannot destroy a person directly, he often attacks through the marital gateway, just as he deceived Adam through Eve and later weakened Samson through Delilah.
When couples remain spiritually strong—like Abraham and Sarah or Isaac and Rebekah—the enemy may shift strategy by delaying their fruitfulness and attacking the area of offspring.
For nearly twelve hours within the vision, the Lord revealed how the realm of destiny is carefully monitored by spiritual forces, and how intense battles—both visible and invisible—surround the fulfillment of God’s purpose for individuals and families.
Yet as dawn approached and he prepared to go to church, the Lord had already spoken to him about where the restoration of destinies would begin.
That same night, the Lord spoke clearly throughout the vision:
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Go and restore them and their royal destiny from all cruelty of the devil through the preaching of the Pure Word of the Living Covenant; and I will restore whatever was lost. I am sending you to undertake this assignment—Hosea 4:6, 1 Peter 2:2, Joel 2:25-26.”
In response, he entered a 90-day fast and prayer period (24 March – 22 June 2024) to seek deeper revelation and direction. On 24 June 2024, during the first day of a 30-day Thanksgiving and Fasting period, the divine mandate was publicly delivered and confirmed.
During this season, the Lord reminded him of a vow he had made at the age of twelve to serve God. The Lord spoke to his heart that the appointed time had now come, saying in essence that the hour had arrived for him to fulfill the vow he had made in his youth.
In obedience to this call, he accepted to leave everything behind. He stepped away from personal projects and businesses that had brought him significant income and opportunities to travel around the world, choosing instead to obey the voice of God and dedicate his life fully to the divine assignment.
Through this period of consecration, the Lord prepared him for total obedience, teaching him dependence on God and aligning his life with the mandate to restore destinies.
In obedience, he returned his apartment in Arusha, carried only a few belongings and the limited funds he had, bid farewell to relatives, and traveled toward an unfamiliar town called Bagamoyo on 05 October exactly as the Lord had directed, not knowing what awaited him upon arrival.
His mission acquired 70 acres of property in Bagamoyo for the apostolic foundation of the ministry-25 October 2024.
Shortly afterward, on 28 November 2024, he survived a violent spiritual attack. After losing consciousness, his attackers believed he had died and attempted to dispose of his body. By divine intervention, God restored his life.
When he later asked the Lord why such events had occurred, the Lord answered through Psalm 74:20:
“Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.”
Through this encounter, he also received a deeper understanding of an apostolic identity of the ministry: Living Covenant Temple—a testimony that God’s covenant is living and that He preserves those who faithfully walk in His covenant.
Today, he stands as an apostle of Living Covenant Temple, ministering to nations worldwide. He reaches countless people through in-person and online preaching, bringing restoration of destinies, spiritual empowerment, and freedom from oppression.
His life testimony—both the challenges he faced in university and the lessons drawn from Joseph’s life—serves as a living example for youth, showing the consequences of compromise and the importance of pursuing God’s purpose in every stage of life.
An accomplished author, he has written over 80 books, which will be available both in print and online, with many translated into major languages including English, Swahili, French, Chinese, Spanish, and others.
He serves as Overseer and President of Living Covenant Temple Worldwide, also known as “From Destitute to Destined Chapel,” and is the Founder of Kingdom Care Covenant Network, a vision-driven initiative dedicated to supporting underprivileged children and restoring hope to vulnerable communities.
Carrying a broader vision for education, he is committed to establishing institutions ranging from primary schools to universities, raising a new generation of leaders equipped for family, church, government, and national leadership.
From the headquarters of the ministry in Arusha Tanzania, his influence continues to expand globally, touching lives, communities, and nations through live gatherings, online sermons, books, and the preaching of the Living Covenant Word.

The 12 Armors of the Commission
The Holy Spirit further inspired the servant of the LORD, Apostle Kasmiri S. Valentine, to classify the Living Covenant committed into his hands into specific areas of divine emphasis, in response to Hosea 4:6, 1 Peter 2:2, and Joel 2:25–26, revealing God’s agenda of restoring His people through knowledge, growth, and divine recovery.
In alignment with the apostolic order of Paul in Ephesians 6:10–19, these areas of emphasis have been established as the 12 Armors of the Commission—spiritual weapons for victory in both visible and invisible battles. Through these armors, destinies are restored, breakthroughs are manifested, and all who partake of this covenant grace walk in the fullness of their royal inheritance in Christ.
